POLYMEX MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

Effective Date: 02/03/2026

1. Warranty Coverage

POLYMEX warrants that Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from date of purchase when used in accordance with intended purpose.

If defective, POLYMEX will repair, replace or refund at its discretion.

This warranty is non-transferable.

2. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

3. Additive Manufacturing Clause

Products are manufactured using 3D printing processes.

Visible surface texture, layer lines, minor dimensional variation and cosmetic characteristics inherent to additive manufacturing are not defects and are not covered by warranty unless structural integrity is materially compromised.

4. Exclusions

Warranty does not apply to:

• Incorrect installation

• Over-tightening or stripped fasteners

• Modification or alteration

• Extreme heat exposure (including under-bonnet use)

• Chemical or solvent exposure

• Impact or abuse

• Normal wear and tear

5. Limitation

Liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement or refund of the Product only.

POLYMEX is not liable for installation costs, consequential damage, or secondary losses.

6. Claims Procedure

Claims must include proof of purchase and photographic evidence.

POLYMEX reserves the right to inspect returned Products.
